Websites, ecommerce, CRM, ads, SEO and tracking — all on the same terms. Every payment sits behind something you verify with your own eyes: a link you click, a test order you place, an event you watch land in your own dashboard.

SCROLL: AGREED → BUILT → CHECKED → PAID → YOURS
BLUE = IN BUILD · SOLID = YOU APPROVED IT · COINS MOVE ONLY ON APPROVAL

Accounts and permissions
Weekly written build log
Releases 40% of the project fee

WHAT WE ACTUALLY DO
Six things. Every one of them gated on proof.
Take one or take the lot. The payment terms are the same promise in each case — you check the work before it is invoiced.
SERVICE 01
Websites & Web Apps
A site that makes your case while you sleep.
People land on your site, cannot tell in five seconds what you do or who it is for, and leave. You have no idea how many.
Every screen designed and built
Your real content loaded, not placeholder text
Works on the phone your customers actually use
Fast on a weak connection
NOT FOR: A 200-page content site with an in-house editorial team. Wrong shop — you need a platform, not a build.
30 / 40 / 30
Clickable prototype, on a private link
You walk through every screen yourself, on your own phone, before a line of production code exists.
SERVICE 02
Ecommerce
A store where the checkout is the easy part.
Carts fill up and never convert. Stock says one thing, the shelf says another. Every order is retyped into a spreadsheet by hand.
Browsing and checkout built around your catalogue
Payments live, tested with a real transaction
Stock and order flow connected to how you actually work
Whoever packs the boxes can use it without training
NOT FOR: Selling twenty thousand SKUs across four marketplaces. That is an operations problem before it is a website problem.
30 / 40 / 30
You place a real order, start to finish
Before launch you buy something from your own store with a real card, and watch the order land where it is supposed to land.
SERVICE 03
CRM & Internal Tools
Stop running the business out of a spreadsheet.
Enquiries live in one person’s inbox. Follow-ups depend on somebody remembering. When that person is on leave, the week is lost.
The work your team repeats every week, built in
Your existing records brought across, not re-entered
Who can see and change what
Training your team, recorded so new joiners can watch it
NOT FOR: Replacing an ERP that forty people depend on. We will tell you that on the first call rather than the third month.
30 / 40 / 30
Your team runs a real week on it
Before we invoice the build, your team puts an actual week of real work through it while the old system is still there to fall back on.
SERVICE 04
Analytics & Tracking
Find out which half of the money is working.
You have analytics installed and it tells you nothing you can act on. Nobody trusts the numbers, so nobody opens the dashboard.
The handful of events that actually matter, tracked properly
One dashboard that answers your real questions
Enquiries traced back to where they came from
A written note on what each number does and does not mean
NOT FOR: Proving a channel works when the tracking has been broken for two years. We can start measuring today; we cannot invent last year.
30 / 40 / 30
You watch your own test event land
You open your own dashboard, do the thing on your own site, and watch it appear. If it does not appear, it is not built.
SERVICE 05
Meta & Paid Ads
Spend that you can audit line by line.
Money goes out every month. A report comes back full of impressions and reach. Nobody can tell you what an enquiry cost.
Campaigns built in your own ad account
New creative every month, not the same three ads
Cost per enquiry tracked and reported
What we are changing next month, and why
NOT FOR: Rescuing a product nobody wants. Ads make an existing yes happen faster; they do not manufacture one.
MONTHLY, IN ARREARS
The month’s Proof Pack, before the invoice
The Proof Pack lands on day 30. You have five working days with it before you owe anything for the month already worked.
SERVICE 06
SEO
Pages that answer what people actually type.
You rank for your own company name and nothing else. Someone sold you a monthly report of keywords you have never heard a customer say.
A ranked fix list, priced before anything is done
Pages written and shipped, then confirmed indexed
The technical faults that hold the whole site back
Search Console evidence you can reproduce yourself
NOT FOR: Results by next quarter. If you need enquiries this month, that is an ads conversation and we will say so.
MONTHLY, IN ARREARS
The month’s Proof Pack, before the invoice
Pages shipped, fixes closed, and Search Console screenshots you can pull up yourself — five working days before the invoice.
HOW YOU PAY
You have already read the terms. Here they are in full.
Two models, because a one-off build and a monthly retainer are not the same shape. One rule underneath both.
THE RULE UNDER BOTH
No money moves until you can check the work yourself.
Project work
30 / 40 / 30
One-off builds. Three payments, each sitting behind something you look at and approve.
You use the real thing, on your real data, before launch
It is not done. No invoice.
30%
After handover
It is live on your domain and every account is in your name
We have not handed over, so we have not finished.
Nothing is due before the first prototype exists.
Ongoing work
SETUP, THEN MONTHLY IN ARREARS
Monthly work. The industry invoices on the 1st for a month that has not happened yet. We invoice on day 30 for the month already worked.
META & PAID ADS · SEO
WHAT MOVES
WHEN · WHAT YOU CHECK · IF IT FAILS
50% of setup
After the plan is approved
You read the audit and the priced plan before anything runs
You keep the plan. You owe nothing.
50% of setup
After data is flowing
You watch a real event land in your own dashboard
If it is not flowing, it is not built.
The month’s fee
Day 30, in arrears
The Proof Pack lands five working days before the invoice
Short on deliverables, the fee is pro-rated automatically.
Thirty days at a time. No lock-in, no notice period.
AND FIVE THINGS WE COMMIT TO IN WRITING
WHAT WE GATE ON
Work shipped, never results we cannot promise
Any agency that gates its fee on your rankings or your return on ad spend is either lying or about to stop answering the phone. We gate on the things we control, and we show you all of them.
YOUR MONEY
Your media budget never touches our account
Ad spend runs on your card, in your ad account. Our fee and your budget never mix, so there is nothing to reconcile and nothing to take on trust.
YOUR ACCOUNTS
Everything is created in your name on day one
Domain, hosting, repository, analytics, tag manager, search console, ad account. We hold access you can revoke in one click.
GETTING OUT
Thirty days at a time
No minimum term and no notice period on monthly work. The Proof Pack is supposed to do the retaining. If it stops being worth it, leave.
IF WE FALL SHORT
The fee reduces automatically, without an argument
If the deliverables we agreed did not ship, the month is pro-rated before the invoice is raised — not after you notice and ask.

PRICE IT YOURSELF
No "request a quote". Move the sliders.
Real numbers, the same ones we would give you on a call. Project work and monthly work are costed separately — they are never one figure.
WHAT DO YOU NEED?
ONE-OFF PROJECT WORK
ONGOING, MONTHLY
Pick what you need.
Tick a service to see the estimate, and exactly when each payment falls due.
DUE BEFORE YOU CAN CHECK ANYTHING₹0 advance for any service
₹0
An estimate, not a quote — the real number comes after we understand the problem. It moves with the scope, never with what we think you can pay.
WORK
What we built, and what it changed.
Business numbers, not page-speed scores. Each one lists what was checked at every gate before it was invoiced.

LEAD DEVELOPER EXPERIENCE
Our lead developer has spent years building production software, including an AI social-media scheduling platform and an AI product-photography tool, as lead developer at a SaaS company.
Built as an employee, not for our clients. That company owns them, which is why there are no names, screenshots or links here.
AISAASAUTOMATION
AI social-media scheduling platform
Writes the post, caption and hashtags, schedules them, and publishes straight to Instagram, Facebook and other platforms.
ROLE: Lead developer
AISAASIMAGE GENERATION
AI product-photography tool
Turns one ordinary product photo into a professional studio photoshoot, ready for a catalogue or store listing.

WHO YOU ACTUALLY TALK TO
Two developers. No account manager in between.
You will be speaking to whoever is doing the work, which is also why we take on a limited number of projects at a time.

[ HOW WE DECIDED TO BILL ]
Why we put our invoices last
The standard deal in this industry asks you to pay for a promise and find out afterwards whether it was true. You sign, you transfer a deposit, and then you wait — with no way to tell the difference between work happening quietly and nothing happening at all.
For one-off projects the fix has been obvious for years and we did not invent it: split the money across the build and let each payment sit behind something the client can actually look at. Thirty percent when you have clicked the prototype. Forty when the thing genuinely works on your own data. Thirty when it is live and every account is in your name.
The part almost nobody does is apply the same logic to the monthly work. Ads and SEO get invoiced on the first of the month for a month that has not happened yet, and the report — if it comes — arrives long after the money. So we moved it. Your invoice arrives on day thirty, for the month already worked, five days after a Proof Pack listing exactly what shipped. If we fell short, it is pro-rated before you see it. And you can leave at the end of any month.
None of this is generous. It is just the arrangement we would want if we were the ones writing the cheque.
